This workshop series showcases two of our great workshops on stigma! Stand Against Stigma will discuss what is stigma, how can we combat stigma, and can we create a more inclusive environment for all. Life Through My Lens is a personal workshop that looks at self-stigma. We will turn the dial inwards to learn how to see ourselves in a more positive manner to see others in the same way.
This workshop series is free and open to all who may have an interest!
