DEI has become a prominent subject of focus for businesses and programs across the country, often targeting hiring practices, company culture, and political policy… but what does it mean? In this interactive training, we forget the politics and break down the fundamentals of DEI. Participants will learn what DEI means, how it can positively impact our society, where Implicit Bias fits in, and most importantly: how true DEI is more than an initiative – It’s a mindset! Certificate of participation is provided.
